YTI Career Institute - Motorcycle Technology Center offers training with motorcycle diagnostic and test equipment. We offer an accelerated 9-month course of study, where you can work on real motorcycles. The hands-on experience can help prepare you for employment. You can learn to:
- Adjust bearings
- Maintain hydraulic brakes
- Repair 4-stroke and 2-stroke engines
- Repair and replace transmissions
- Test electrical systems
- Utilize a dynamometer for diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Change a tire
- Repair and replace a telescopic fork
- Install accessories
You can also learn about lab and shop safety, customer service, and communication and computer skills. In addition, once enrolled in the Motorcycle Technology program you will receive a Snap-on Starter Tool Kit!
